All cellphone numbers in singapore starts with a 9 thus the prefix there. As there're currently around 3500 LJ accounts registered as from Singapore (info from the LJ Directory) this will be a great help if it can work! I'm willing to test this service if anyone is willing to help get it to work. Thanks!
