Virgin Mobile UK

I have read a few posts before mine about this problem but no one seems to know how to fix it.

The the problem: Virgin Mobile UK, when you try to send messages to a Virgin Mobile UK number via LJ you get an error reply from virgin.
I contacted Virgin Mobile about this and this is what they said:

    "Thanks for your email to Virgin Mobile regarding sending text messages from a
    website to a Virgin Mobile phone number.

    We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing problems receiving text messages
    from this source.

    Virgin Mobile discontinued the VirginXtras service earlier this year and
    replaced it with Virgin Bites. All email or web addresses that end
    will no longer work and senders would receive an error message when trying to
    send anything to that address."

I have contacted Virgin Mobile UK in response to that asking for the new domain that emails should be sent to, I will post the reply I get from them as soon as I recieve it. If the reply is that they have not put in place an alternative service, perhaps the support for Virgin Mobile UK should be removed?
