Verizon?

Maybe I'm just impatient but I looked through the last couple of pages and didn't find anything about Verizon mentioned, although it's in the "supported providers" but I don't see it in the links on the side.
I don't seem to receive any text messages, though it has the right phone number.
Anyone else? Any answers? Am I missing some important chunk of info?
